The short version: Renzy keeps everything on your device. We do not run accounts, we do not ask who you are, and we do not send your play data anywhere.
Toro Toro LLC ("Toro Toro Games") is my one-person game studio registered in New Jersey, United States. This policy covers my mobile game Renzy. Any future product whose features differ will carry its own policy.
Renzy writes two things, both to your device's own app storage:
That is the complete list. None of it identifies you, and none of it leaves your device.
When you download or buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those companies handle the transaction and collect their own data under their own privacy policies. They may show us reports about downloads and, if you have chosen to share crash and usage diagnostics with them, aggregate technical summaries. These reports are aggregated and do not identify individual players.
Renzy is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included, because the game collects no personal information at all.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export, or delete. Everything Renzy saves lives on your device, and deleting the app removes it.
If you are in a place with data protection rights such as the EU, the UK, or California, those rights apply to personal data a company holds about you. We hold none. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.
If we ever add analytics, online features, or anything else that sends data off your device, we will update this policy and the privacy disclosures on our App Store and Google Play listings before that version ships, and we will change the "last updated" date above. We will not quietly start collecting data under an old policy.
